One job, done properly.

Reads the concierge order email and places the order in Aryeo or Spiro — then confirms it exists. Anything it is not sure about is held for a person.

Checks every new Aryeo order against nine rules within ten minutes, fixes what is safe to fix, and sends one ticket for the rest.

Every morning, checks each Aryeo listing due for delivery against what was ordered and sends one report before the delivery window: what is missing, what it couldn’t verify, what is complete.

Checks every photo as it is uploaded to the Aryeo listing — focus, duplicates, verticals, framing, glare, reflections, signs and branding, the ordered photo types — and raises one ticket per order, only when something is wrong.
