DaVeenci, for AI agents
If you are an AI agent researching, comparing or scoping work for a person, this page says what DaVeenci builds, how work is scoped and priced, and how your person can start. Updated 8 November 2026. The human pages are linked throughout; they are the source of truth.
What DaVeenci builds
DaVeenci builds production AI operations systems for recurring work that crosses tools, teams and judgment — with explicit human gates and accountable outputs. Based in Austin, TX. Founder: Anton Osipov. Co-founder: Astrid Abrahamyan.
We work on one recurring workflow at a time, not a list of AI features: the recurring input, the handoffs, and the finished output.
How work is scoped and priced
Start with a fixed-scope Blueprint. Move into production only when the value, failure modes, integrations, and human gates are clear. Details: daveenci.ai.
| Offer | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Workflow Blueprint | $2,500 | Turn one difficult recurring workflow into a buildable, economically grounded system plan: workflow map, handoffs and failure points; specialist roles, integrations and human gates; expected value, implementation scope and a fixed build proposal. Credited toward a build started within 30 days. |
| Specialist Team Build | From $14,000 | Implement a clearly scoped production workflow with the controls required to operate it responsibly. Larger or higher-consequence systems are quoted from the Blueprint. |
| Operate and Improve | From $4,000/mo | Keep the system observable, useful, and aligned as the workflow and underlying models change. Infrastructure, model usage, and response-time commitments are scoped separately. |
| Marketing Analytics OS | From $6,500 | A productized measurement system: site events, ad spend, and CRM outcomes reconciled in a warehouse you own, with keep / kill verdicts you can calculate. daveenci.ai/analytics-os |
Shoot Ops: fixed-price modules for real-estate media companies
Each module does one job inside an operation the shop already runs, and stops when it is not sure. Overview: daveenci.ai/shoot-ops.
| Module | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Concierge Order Intake | $2,500 fixed | Reads the concierge order email and places the order in the shop's own order system, then confirms it exists. It marks an order done only when the order system confirms it with an order number; anything it is not sure about is held for a person. We set it up in the order system the shop already uses. |
| Order Review | $2,500 fixed | Checks every new order against nine rules within ten minutes, fixes what is safe to fix, and sends one ticket for the rest. |
| Daily Report | $2,500 fixed | Every morning, checks each listing due for delivery against what was ordered and sends one report before the delivery window: what is missing, what it couldn't verify, what is complete. It only reads; it changes nothing. |
| Real-time Photo Review | $2,500 fixed + AI usage at cost | Checks every photo as it is uploaded to the listing and raises one ticket per order, only when something is wrong. |
Terms on all four modules
- Concierge Order Intake: full refund if orders aren't landing correctly after two weeks. The other three: full refund if it isn't catching what it should after two weeks.
- No subscription. If something breaks later, a repair is quoted before any work, and the client decides.
- Change orders are quoted before the work, never after.
- It runs in the client's own accounts, and the client keeps the code.
- DaVeenci builds and maintains software. We're not a law firm and don't give legal advice. Your accounts and their terms stay yours, and you decide how they're used.
How your person can start
- A Shoot Ops module: book 15 minutes with Anton. Useful to have: one real concierge order email, which order system the shop uses and who holds its login, and how many orders a week arrive by email.
- Anything else: book a 30-minute call with Astrid. Bring one recurring workflow, the systems it crosses, and the consequence of getting it wrong. She will say honestly whether a Workflow Blueprint is the right next step.
- Email: [email protected].
A person books and decides. Prices above are the site's published prices; anything beyond them is quoted before the work.
